We're Steve Klc and Colleen Apte, a husband-and-wife team of pastry chefs who specialize in large cake design and we welcome the opportunity to create a wedding or other special occasion cake that suits your unique personality and sense of style. We see ourselves as artists and craftsmen. While we enjoy the aesthetic and architectural challenges that large cakes present, we're unwilling to compromise taste at the expense of appearance.
