Welcome to the "Chocolates" section of pastryarts.com.
Unlike the vast majority of elite cake artists, we're very
comfortable working with chocolate artistically in addition to
the more common sugar, gum paste and pastillage. We enjoy expressing
ourselves--and interpreting our client's wishes--across several
mediums, one of which is chocolate. The only limit is that of
our collective imaginations. Here are a few more interesting
