Unlike the vast majority of elite cake artists, we're very comfortable working with chocolate artistically in addition to the more common sugar, gum paste and pastillage. We enjoy expressing ourselves--and interpreting our client's wishes--across several mediums, one of which is chocolate. The only limit is that of our collective imaginations.
