Create an assortment of modern desserts--some simple, some sophisticated--using traditional Middle Eastern ingredients and flavors such as phyllo, pine nut, pomegranate, yogurt, pistachio and dried apricot. At the special request of chocoholic Gladys, he will also demonstrate his signature milk chocolate creme brulee with cardamom and tea.
